Transformational Breathwork

Transformational (active) breathwork is a style of breathing technique that uses a three-part breath. Into the belly, up through the heart and out through the mouth. This technique allows you to elevate your current practice by moving through stagnant energy, allowing you to  process stuck emotion, create space for healing and as my personal teacher Ally Maz puts beautifully “will guide you into a deep state of consciousness, allowing real healing to take place.” 

You may feel more clarity, deep emotion, more relaxed or energised. The experience offers mental, physical and emotional benefits and each session, or breath journey offers a unique experience.

  • Intro to breathwork — the mind, body and emotion.

    Setting the Tone — The opportunity to share what you’re breathing on today, setting an intention, reviewing the breath pattern.

    Breath Journey — Moving through our breathing with a curated playlist (or silence if you choose)

    Resting — Allowing your body to settle back into the space.

    Closing — You will have an opportunity to share and I will provide you with some integration tools before we are complete.
