We are firm believers that the postpartum period lasts beyond 40 days, beyond 1 year and has been proven to last upwards as 5 years.
Your Fourth Trimester: creating your support plan, setting up your space and aligning on your boundaries.
Cocooning Session: Traditional nourishing care practices in the home for mother and family to settle in.
